At Castelli Marble, we take pride in the quality of our natural stone products and offer a 30-day return window for unused, uninstalled materials in their original packaging. Please note that custom-cut slabs and specialty mosaics are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a return shipping label.
Secure the Packaging
Carefully repackage your stone or tile items in their original crates or boxes, ensuring all pieces are secured with protective padding to prevent breakage during transit.
Ship the Product
Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the package and drop it off at an authorized carrier location or schedule a freight pickup for larger slab orders.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods for damage or use, your refund will be processed to the original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
